If I am only to make it to one training session a week regularly is that enough?  I work out otherwise on my own, just have other conflicting commitments.

Im sure others may have more to say... but really the questions is it "enough" for what?

What do you want to get out of it? Compete, cardio, have fun, meet people like Mike "Zen" Bourque?

I guess any training is better than nothing, just try to make an effort to find more time lol.

More than likely you will really love it and will find a way to make it more than once a week. When I first started I figured I would only make it in 2 days a week most times because I have a busy FT job and a family. But we have so many classes that I'm typically training 4 times a week.

I agree with Nate. If you can't find the time to train more than once a week now, you will after you sign up.

Occasionally I sign new students up for the 2x week program. Within a week or two they always upgrade to the unlimited.

jj is like a drug.  You should and will train as much as possible.  Some weeks 2 days other weeks 5 and 6 days. what ever your body can handle. The more you train the less likely for injury.
