I am going to change the instructors class on Sat and Sun to an opportunity for advanced rolling.  I think my time will be better spent rolling with advanced students during this time.  As it is, I am usually in around 8am to clean and get the gym ready.  I would like to roll from 8:30/9:00 to 10am before the beginners class.  Please come in and join me!

This will start after the New Year.

Sunday January 2nd!

9am: I want to work on Butterfly Passes plus rolling.

I am looking to get a good workout in and drill a different position every Sat and Sun AM.

So if you are an advanced student, don't mind getting pounded on a little and want to learn a ton, show up!

This is not a class. I will show a technique once or twice and then we will drill it with little resistance and then a lot of resistance.

See you on the mats!
