I will be adding many new things to these classes such as more strength and conditioning, movement and flexibility drills.

Yes, Gi! I only want to train that way. But if anyone shows up with no-gi stuff, we will be able to include them

I had a lot of fun in class tonight. The class was very hard but everyone seemed to benefit from and enjoy the class.
We have 4 balance/Swiss balls now. We did several drills with them in addition to hard BJJ training.
