I am planning on setting up a wrestling seminar Saturday the 9th from 9am to 11am. I will be inviting Phil Moricone to teach the session. I will be Phil's demonstration partner and secondary instructor to help teach people his technique. - Phil is a 3x NH State Champion , a 2x New England Champion and a newly graduated div. 1 wrestler for Edinboro university. Where he was ranked in the top 12 in the nation for 3 years.
Phil will go over offense and defense on your feet. He will teach technique that has worked for him at the highest level of competition. I would encourage to bring a note book to write down technique that is shown. He will also go over the mentality you need to have to execute at the highest level. At the end of the session he will be available for any live rolling or additional instruction.
-A mat fee of $20 to attend, so we can make it worth his while for the instruction he will give. which is dirt cheap compared to other seminars. All ages and levels of skill should attend. Please respond on the forum if able to attend so I know if it will be worth his time to come in and teach.
That was a great seminar. It would be nice to do that once a month. Great instruction by phil but lets not forget our local wrestling expert Vigs. Great job by both, learn what you can from vigs, he has alot of grappling experience. Pick his brain every chance you get.
