We are training no-gi Mon-Fri at 10am. This is usually pretty tough training. We do some technique, drilling and tons of rolling.
This means you can train no-gi and gi Mon-Fri early in the day. Mon, Wed and Fri you can do gi from 8:30-9:30 then no-gi 10am-noon. Tues and Thurs you can do no-gi 10am-noon and gi from noon-1pm.
We have been doing mostly no-gi during these sessions but I would like to divide the time up and drill an hour of advanced techniques each day. I'm thinking Mon, Wed and Fri at 9:30am (just after the am gi class) for those who are interested. Tues and Thurs at 10am.
