In-House Tournament again this weekend!

I know it is a holiday weekend but we will still have an in-house tournament this Saturday starting at 9:00am

This week, we will have the kids and adults going at the same time on different mats.

The last in-house was a lot of fun and I anticipate this thing growing.

I will be in CT this weekend too, wish I could make it. Everyone who is in town should try and do it. Even losing helps you in so many ways.

It does not matter how many show up. If it is a small turnout, we will do a round robin format and everyone will get a lot of matches.

What a turnout! I had a great time today and I must say, that was impressive. You guys were better today than you were two weeks ago. I am conviced that these in-house tournaments will rank near the top of our training tools.

I have been thinking about inviting schools from the association to compete with us maybe every other month. The former in-house tournaments were great but it would have been better on a more regular basis. The other schools have very good competitive students it would be a shame for us to no longer train with and compete against them.

I will keep everyone informed.
