11:00 advanced gi class is still on!

The advanced curriculum I've been working on is about complete.

I have the following lesson for Sunday's class

Stand-up: Body angle, foot work, defending your collar, blocking with elbow, breaking grips

Take Down: Ankle Pick, circle to his back

Standing Guard Break: Control same side sleeve, stand, switch to cross grip, other hand breaks guard.

De La Riva defense: Knee into hook, control lapel, control the heal.

Toreana Pass: Control hook knee with hand, kick out of grip, under-hook other leg, pass to hooked side.

See you guys on the mats!
