As always, Triumph Fighter is looking for help this week.We have a lot of things going on and the more help the better.Everyone that helps will receive a T-shirt and admission to Triumph Fighter: Inferno on June 5th at the Hampshire Dome in Milford NH.
There are many shifts and positions that need to be filled.Please take a look and let me know what you can commit to.Please let me know by email ASAP even if you have already told me that you could help.Please don’t just call me and say that you can help.As much as I appreciate it, I will not remember the call and will not be able to coordinate and allocate everyone.
Assignments
Shift 1:(Thursday Afternoon-Evening)We will be moving the cage into a truck.This process will take about 2-3 hours depending on how many people show up.This is hard work but again, it is very manageable when a lot of people show up.
Shift 2:(Friday 9:00am-2:00pm)We will be setting up the cage, chairs and tables at the Dome.This should not take all day.The cage will be driven into the dome and will be unloaded right where it will be set up.There are a lot of chairs but setting them up does not take very long.
Shift 3:(The event)I need a lot of people to work the event.We had no security issues last time and there is no reason to think there will be this time around.I would like to organize this a little better though.I also need people to work the ticket sales.
Shift 4: (After the Event)I will need people to break down the cage and stack chairs.This entire process only took about an hour last time.Again, the more people the better.
SHIFT 5: (Assignment; Shonie Carter!!!!)This will be an outstanding job for anyone.I need to know who is interested in getting Shonie around while he is here.He will be flying in to Manchester on Friday Afternoon and will be leaving on Sunday.He is here to announce his signing with Triumph Fighter.
