A few students (not mma fighters) showed up on Wed at noon and seemed to have a great time and were very usefull. Scott, with a boxing background, did some sparing and grappling with the fighters. Sully, trained no-gi with the fighters.
You don't have to do all aspects of MMA to help with this training. As a matter of fact. Over the past week and a half, nobody has done any simulated MMA training. We just work on all aspects of the sport (wrestling, boxing, BJJ, kickboxing, judo) individually.
