Hey Everyone, Hope you all had a fun New Year's. I wanted to let everyone know whom I haven't spoken with (or may have forgotten to mention it) but I'm fighting in less than 3 weeks on Friday, January 22nd for the GFL up in Concord. I have plenty of tickets available, they're $45 each so talk to either myself or Big John and I'd be happy to hook you up. This will be my first time being the only person from our school competing at an event and would really appreciate having as many of you there as possible to support me.
Obviously this is coming up quick so I'm going to need all the help I can get from you guys in training over the next few weeks to properly prepare for this. Quality rolling/sparring partners help make a huge difference in having an effective training camp so I need all of you to push me and really make me work for every punch, kick, takedown, position, and submission.
