I have told many of you but I will say it again. When you roll with high level guys and "go" at them, you miss a golden opportunity to take in what is going on. Take each position and move at a time. If you just try to beat the other person your judgment will be clouded. Instead, set smaller goals such as passing guard, avoiding being passed, sweeping, avoiding being swept and avoiding submissions.
High level guys can point out every one of your mistakes without saying a word, it's up to you to pay attention!
