we've got john banging this weekend so hopefully we'll see some of the usual suspects there!!!plus, i hope everyone noticed dennis stepping up to work with john(along witth others) to prep for this fight.thats the way it should be!!!
That is exactly what Phil is talking about Dan. Was anyone else kind enough to lend their face to John's fists? If not you need to ask yourself, "How much can you know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?"
In all seriousness, John is fighting this Friday night in Salem NH. He has a few tickets left for $40. If anyone needs tickets, let me know on here or give me a call.
It looks like John and Dennis will be fighting next month for WCF in Wilmington MA. I would like plenty of volunteers to give them a workout. You do not have to be on their levels and you do not need to be punched in the face. Much of the preparation is conditioning which anyone can help with.
I'm already ugly so I'm OK with getting punched in the face. The only problem is I dont make it for MMA class very often. Looks like I'll be in for no-gi tomorrow though.
I appreciate everyone helping out. There's nothing like getting beat up by a fresh guy every 5 minutes all class long. I feel great and will try to finish this guy as fast as possible so i can come have drinks with everyone who's coming.

I asked "little" Johnny how John was going to do in his fight. He predicts a very quick win. He said that John will KO his opponent with a takedown. He said he will throw him so hard that his head will hit the mat and he will be knocked out.
If that means that little Johnny predicted I was going to lose I think he and I need to have a little talk. But I think a bodyslam KO by John O. would be pretty great so hopefully he's right on this one.
we told john this guy couldn't/wouldn't,make it out of the first round!F!@#,i was wrong, he didn't make it out of the first TWO MINUTES!!!big ups to john, he did everything he had to do to win!!!also,dennis did a great job with john before and during the fight,soon we're going to have a belt at the school....who's it going to be?!!!p.s;someone tell the guy who taped the hands, john hit that guys melon so hard he broke through the tape job!!!dan,see what a good training partner can do for you...heeheehee
