never thought i'd see the day when forrest would quit while he was still conscious, i know he didn't technically tap out but damn. not criticizing him in the least, he took shots that would've sent any of us to the hospital. As for BJ, I don't think there's anybody at 155 that can stop him at this point.
Yeah I dont know what's left for BJ. I think he will beat Sanchez worse than he beat Kenny. But then what? He's by far the best @ 155 but he'll never be the champ @ 170. Maybe a fight with Mike Brown after they merge with WEC?

The Bj and Ken Flo fight was great to watch. A lot of technical stuff going on. to the casual fan it is boring. But for someone like me looking to learn it was great to see the transitions, sweeps, etc....
