I thought the classes went very well today. The gi classes were a great review for some and provided new and excited moves for others. The Advanced No-Gi class covered counters to the under hook/double let pass that everyone should know. See you guys tomorrow

I am very proud of all our fighters. We went 3-2 on the night against very tough competition. Nobody could ever say that our guys take easy fights. Also, Jake Deignan will be fighting at Combat Zone at Bike Week on June 19th. There should be a group of us heading up there.
