Hey everyone!  I have my 10 year wedding anniversary this Friday night and I don't think I will see # 11 if I miss it for BJJ.

Can any of our advanced students cover the class?  We usually just do tons of rolling on the timer.

Please let me know ASAP!

Thanks for all the help everyone. Orto is comin in to train tonight but it looks like you should all go in for a Choke Dan session! Friday nights are great!

I hope you meant good session, because what you actually wrote was a GOO SESSION. I'm not sure what Orto has up his sleeve (arm or leg sleeve) but I'm not down with a goo session. That's JJ's dept.
