For March
1000 reps of:
Arm Bars
Triangles
Kimuras

I train 7 days a week so that means 33 reps of each per day!
If you train 3 days a week, that will still result in 100 reps of each per week and 400 reps per month.

I stole this from Al Bibeau in Boston.  Grab a training partner before and after class to get your reps in.
