I thought tonight's class went very well!

We trained from 6-8pm and covered technique and competition scenarios.

We did 1 or 2 min rounds from the closed guard, open guard and turtle with one hook in.

From each position, we would have a different person up on points.

Students would have to stall or open up their games to gain points as quickly as possible.


I am planning on running the same type of class this Friday night.

hahah during the turtle with one hook in, John: "Nice job jake" as i give up the both hooks instantly to JJ. lol gotta work on that
