We are having the wrestling clinic from 9-11am so there will be no adult class at 10am (only $20).

I will have the kids class in the cage at the normal time from 10-11am.

Anyone that wants to come in and roll can do so at 11am after the wrestling clinic.

My bad, that's what I was thinking.

Everyone should attend the clinic. Every single one of us will learn something and remember that wrestling is just another form of grappling.

Do the clinic and stick around for rolling!
