I am so proud of all four of you and I am very proud to be one of your coaches.  Everyone of you fought with courage, focus and skill and I am equally impressed with you all.

Sully and Shelby were awesome.  Great finishes against tough guys. 

Jake beat the hell out of his guy on the feet and lost a split decision.  Jake took no damage at all but rather lost as a result of giving up take downs in all three rounds.  As much as he will not want to hear this, I see this as a positive.  With guys like Vigs, Dennis, Orto and Faucher in the gym, we will fix his TD defense and he will be a force for years to come.

Orto was unreal!  He basically just fought a UFC fight and looked VERY good until it ended.  He is so highly skilled that I am in awe every time I see him fight.  You cannot face a tougher opponent than Lauzon and I pity the fool Orto fights next.

The cage will be back early this week and we will be back to training ASAP.  The entire MMA program is getting an upgrade that all of our students will be happy with.
