Hi everyone,

This is an MMA/Open Mat.  If you are training for a fight, this is the class to go to.  If you want to just roll, this is the class to go to.

6 of us sat around and talked for about a half hour today and then had a great roll.  It was the hardest I have worked in a while.

Bring your Gi and No-Gi stuff.  Then you can roll with who ever is in.
