The Northeast BJJ Association is hosting the next In-House Tournament on Saturday, April 24th at Gracie Barra New Hampshire in Nashua, NH.

The in-house is an opportuity for Association students to get competition style matches in a safe and friendly environment among our family of schools (the Tournament is open only to students from Association schools). There will be both gi and no-gi divisions. Format is double elimination (minimum of 2 matches gi and 2 matches no-gi). Students with a Premium Association Membership will receive a (early) registration discount, priority in weight-class assignments and access to video of matches.

So...who is competing from GBNH???

I would expect nothing less than a dominating performance on your home turf.

You wouldn't want that "other" Gracie Barra coming in and taking the tournament biggrin

Hi Sarge,

You dont need a PayPal account to register, we use PayPal to process payments, so you can use any credit or debit card.

On the second page of the registration form (before you click the PayPal link) you will see PayPal instructions at the bottom of the page.

For students planning on competing, we have added an additional discount for online registration. The cost for member students that register online is only $20 ($35 for day-of-event registration). To register online, go to www.northeastbjj.com and click on the tournament link.

For those that haven’t competed before or are unsure of competing, keep in mind that this is an in-house tournament among our family of schools, and our goal is to give our students competition experience in a safe and friendly environment. Students doing gi and no-gi will get a minimum of 4 matches, which are 4 mins for kids/teens/beginners and 5 mins for intermediate/advanced. Don’t worry about what shape you are in…if you can roll during classes at your school, you have the cardio for this tournament.

As always, spectators are free, so come to GBNH to watch or support your teammates. We can also use some help with scorekeeping and timekeeping for those that are interested.

Do we have to do both gi and no-gi, or can we just do gi?

You can do either or both.

like Nate said, you can do either or both. Its the same price for both, so I would reccommend trying both divisions (gi and no-gi) for the experience
