We are now offering authentic Muay Thai classes on Thursday nights at 7:00-8:30.
These classes will run at the same time as Phil's competition BJJ class.
They are taught by one of Mark Dellagrotte's (Sityodtong) best instructors, Sean Mathews. Mark is the Muay Thai instructor for countless UFC stars.
Sean's instruction is great, just ask Dennis, John and Shelby.
Sean regularly trains UFC fighters looking to improve their striking. Do not miss this opportunity!
