ITs pretty rough. Its new for me this type of injury. If it were just pain Id be better but it keeps popping out. Normally Id be asleep by now. I thought my ribs in the back hurt about a month ago, this is like 10x that.
The worst thing is I can't train anything. I can't even do a sit up with out it popping out... I tried. I don't think I can even sing karaoke either.
I guess it was just a matter of time with injuries, you eventually get them. You guys have all been there so I'll move forward and in a couple years Ill be telling some white belt about mine. I think when I re-tell the story it will involve me almost tapping john and then all of a sudden my rib goes...instead of John whoopin on me.
I read taking a lot of vitamin C helps rebuild connective tissue.
