We are currently looking to relocate and expand.  One of the places we are looking at is a 10,000 square foot facility, roughly 6 times the size of our academy now.

We will have many upgrades including multiple mat spaces, an MMA cage, and more striking equipment.

Mike C. from the AM classes is a personal trainer and it is possible that he will open a personal training business in the new location.  We will share the same 10,000 sq ft but will offer separate services.

He has 4,000 square feet of state of the art exercise equipment.  You don't have to ask what kind of stuff because he has everything.  New students will have the option of signing up with Mike, GB-NH, or a combined program.

I want to know if our existing students are interested in paying a fee to have full use of all services on site.  Say an additional $20 a month for use of the exercise facility.

Existing students will not have their rates increased unless they choose the exercise program.

Now that I've decided to remain at around 207 I have to start getting stronger so this definitely interests me. I also need to know if the new place will have a cot I can sleep on for when my wife kicks me out for always being at JJ, and if there is a flux capacitor or some time travel devices so I can tell my 20 year old self to skip football and basketball and just focus on JJ.

I went with the big boned option. I would love to have access to both but I already have a membership @ the YMCA(which I rarely have time to use). While I'm sure this workout facility will be way better than the Y I have to remain a Y member to get the discounted rate for my son's preschool, which pays for the Y family membership itself. If my son ends up in a different preschool next year I would definitely go for it though.

One question: would the new location have a sauna?
