Phil or John,

Do you have the spelling of the judo throws we are learning? I want to look up videos on some of this and my Japanese is very rusty... and when I say rusty I mean: I dont know japanese or how to spell any of it.

Havent had a chance to go through it much but it looks useful.

The names and sequence of what we worked last night would definitely be helpful.

drop seoi nage,the main one we are currently focusing on is not done totally true to formal judo,it's geared to jj...others we will be doing are:o soto gari,o goshi,koshi gurma,morote gari(a judo form of the double leg)and more(IF YOU ORDER NOW!) as we become more comfortable launching each other!!!hmmm

guys i have a judo friend of mine who is japan right now at ''kodokan''he's a bb in judo,who tells me there are currently 67 recognized judo throws.thats all they have for us?!!!
