There is a new schedule that can be found on the website. There are only a few changes. There is now a beginner gi class on Tuesdays at 6pm. The Thursday night Gi class is now a tournament class. Saturday's advanced class is now no-gi. There is no longer a kids class on Wed but instead Thursday at 6:00...

Great class last night (6/30)

Just wanted to say I enjoyed it. It was exactly what I needed to work on(especially the shots) and it was a pretty good workout too. I had fun, even if John did make me want to tap just by mounting me. Also, this is my last day at work before a 4 day weekend, so I'm looking for a reason not to do anything right now...

big congrats to the guys who competed,naga is a big step up, especially factoring that when you do move up in skill level you have to be very cognizant of strategy(time,scoring,and gas tank!!!)because skill levels start to even out and the thinker wins at that point!!!did anyone recognize the big ug...

Black belt seminar is next Saturday, June 20th at Boston BJJ from 11:00 to 1:30. Early registration ends on Sunday , June 14th, early registration saves you some money, I will be heading down if anyone is looking to go.
